Have you considered trying AMD? The Phenom 2s are nice lil CPUs and offer you a lot of bang for your money, if gaming is your thing you wont notice any difference between a Phenom2 and an i5. And the Black editions such as http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-244-AM&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=1328 are an overclockers dream. Not only is the CPU a lot cheaper but the mobos for AMD are much much cheaper and tend to be rich with state of the art features such as USB3 and Sata3.
Also, and this is just my opinion some will defiantly agree but if you want to play games a 60gb SSD wont really cut the mustard considering games are starting to take up to 20gb in installs. To me its not worth the money just for an OS boot drive so go for a 120gb or spend the money on a gtx480. This is of course if gaming is what you care about as a priority.
but maybe I'm missing something??
The AMD mobos are a fair chunk cheaper aswell
