Reading it again, quite possibly. That is an even more ridiculous stand point to have though imo - Knowing something is incorrect and wrong on a huge variety of levels, but not caring? What a great way to go about life.
Swifty55, I'd love to know how thats "tosh"? I have been arrested before under anti terrorist legislation for taking down the shoulder numbers of a few officers who were near on beating my friend up. That's ok is it? Or how about the time I had my face held in to cacta (sp) spray for a charge that was completely incorrect and dropped? You clearly have near on no experience in this area, and it shows.

So let me get this right, both times you have been treated wrongly by the police and you didn't resist arrest or cause them to use the reasonable force?

I will usually defend cops actions because of the crap they put up with but I can't defend that on WHAT I SAW IN THE VIDEO.

I've been arrested when I've done nothing wrong and released without charge. I was not drunk and calmly made my point. All I was saying was not everyone who gets arrested deserves a punch in the head and if you have done nothing wrong a natural reaction is to protest it.
There are plenty of things I consider "wrong" but I don't care enough to do any thing about. If you think about it you probably have the same thoughts about many things too.
i had a run in with the cops
i was late for work
at the train station
they were doing a 'voluntary' metal detector search (sign was up)
a copper came up and asked
would you like to participate
he completely blocked me from walking
i immediately replied 'do we have a choice'? (was with friend)
to which he replied
no
why ask that question then? ****
anyway had to take off everything to get metal detected through machines
i was late for work
at the train station
