And yes, the Civic Type-R also drives me nuts, terrible, terrible place to sit, and the constant drone at motorway speeds is eye-gougingly terrible to endure for any length of time, and whilst the seats are supportive in the corners, after a long drive they make you feel stiff and tired.
The interior is fine when compared to similar cars, it has climate control, but who the **** cares, if it's hot, turn the ****ing heater knob down, if it's cold turn it up.
Yo do realise that without the A/C on you can only get the car down to a temperature slightly above that of ambient? Which on a HOT day would still be hot.
