Maybe but I've played through the campaign several times with the AI teammate and thought it was great. Anyone who is into Resident Evil at all should pick this up. And it looks and runs superbly on PC, very polished.

I got it, it's something you play to have a quick blast and has minimal story to it.
RE5 is pretty meh, it's not really a horror game anymore. Sort of a third person shooter that feels pretty dated.
They need to make the next Resident Evil modern while still feeling like a survival horror, take a page out of Dead Space's book.

Its very good game certainly the scariest atmospheric game of the bunch imo... everyone should try it

Aye deadspace was more of a cheap trick scare (flashing lights and something has moved, or turning a corner and BAM somethings there). Looking at amnesia, it's all about the atmosphere. I'm tempted to get it.
Any views on dark fall?

yeah ive heard good things about it, im very tempted
First person Adventure. You have no weapons, you just progress through the story, and it has an amazing atmosphere. Gameplay is basically puzzles and stealth (and some chase sequences).
