German cars are surely the most reliable in the world.

I was originally from the wilds of Africa. Well South Africa so not really wild lol. But my point is over there the only cars you really see survive all the abuse is Volkswagens and i have to admit japanese cars as well. But all these french and korean cars dont stand a chance there, they die. Surely that shows which ones are more reliable and better quality. I mean hell they drive the volkswagen and toyota taxis till there is nothing there but the engine still goes, they don have steering wheels all kinds of things but they carry on going.

See this post proves how little you know about cars, judging entire brands on 'hear say' about reliability. VW play on the average person thinking they are a more premium reliable brand than say Ford or Vauxhall.
 
So lets get this right, you guys are putting into a pot as long as i buy a car of your choosing and take photos with the legendary Hovis?

This sounds like fun lol. Can have a website up and have how many days it has survived without a problem, can upload photos of its destinations and adventures. Also have how many mile covered without problems and people can bet on when it will go wrong or how long it will last. To make it even better a artist on here can paint on the overclockers logo somewhere so people can spot their purchase. Will also be some good advertising lol .

This could be epic, what a great story if anyone asks where you bought your car from.

if you buy him a car, which i dont think u will, then you take his old one and give it to someone that needs a car. sod giving an idiot a car out of your own money for just his benefit.

about the french cars being unreliable, my family ave had a lot of pugs and no big problems except a back axle sagging on a 405 after 200k or something stupid. it went on and on year after year, always had maybe £50-100 spent a year for the mot.
