Mate, thats a daft comment. I have plenty of experience of fast cars and know when things should be pushed on or not. Now, empty motorway at 11pm at night in good dry conditions that i know like the back of my hand in a car that is very very capable of that speed on a one off.
There was no risk, lets not clout all youth and inexperience in a "OMG hes gona die and kill 300 kittens" If i was that bad i wouldnt have got through that list of cars without issues till now since 18 til now im 23. And not showing off lol, ive never felt a need to show off in a motor, thats a little shallow.
Well, I think the same of your reply.
But wtf, I was 23 too once and no better.
Its my opinion, sure you don't like it, fair enough.
Passengers & speed is a very very sore point for me, so is seeing the aftermath of similar antics when things go wrong.
FFS! I live on the roads, for too damn long tbh and have seen it all....
Including a very mangled car about 20minutes after it overtook me @ warp 9 on an empty motorway early one morning.
I got there before the cops & ambulance, not that the ambulance was needed.... 4 people brown bread, apparently no other vehicles involved.
And thats before I think of a good friend who died in a high speed crash, he was a passenger...
So perhaps you understand why I picked up on your post?
Save this thread, & re-read it in 17 years or so - when your my age - perhaps you'll see my point.
I only hope you won't see and / or experience what I have to get to it.
Risk yourself, not your passengers, at least.
Anyway, no hard feelings & don't take it personally, I'm sure I have a somewhat different take on this due to what, thankfully, most motorists don't see nor have had to experience the aftermath of.
What? Seriously?
He's alive, nobody is hurt, what's the lecture for?
Happy?
