Most useless peice of crap ever?

It constantly crashes, sometimes taking a few attempts to fully load up after resorting to task manager, this is during/post log in.
Can crash during conversations.
Where's the block feature?
Why can it remember my email and password and not only email?
I somehow had it so I was offline to everyone else and appeared online to just one person!
How do I log out of facebook chat on this thing?
Emoticons seem cheap and tacky, and going back to the 90s.


infact screw it all, how to unstall it from my comp?
 
and back to the old.
All extra social network features were wasted on me, I keep it in a collum view on the side.
And looks like my blocked contacts have been unblocked as well.

An other problem I noticed was that I had two new adds, msn2011 didnt tell me this! Or if it did it was very descrete about it.

Oh but you do. They removed some really useful features like proper block lists and ink drawing.

I'll be sticking with the previous version for as long as it lets me continue to log in. Just like I stuck with Windows Messenger 4.7 for as long as that let me!
 
I'll be going back to the previous version as soon as I have a chance to do a proper back up (as i'm going to have to un-install the whole live 2011 pack including live mail to do it).

It's truly a backwards step in reliability,usability and design.

It's (at least on my system), got a major issue with running for more than about 24 hours without being restarted - it goes all laggy and ends up hogging something like 500mb of memory.
 
Been getting customers coming in complaining about it, there saying its either crashing or the webcam button isnt highlightable on the person they want to talk too yet it is available on all the other people they dont want to talk too!

Its baffeling to me so ive suggested they download a previous version of MSN, this is still not fixing it sometimes and results in me having to waste 2-3hrs to restore the machine back to factory settings and trying an older version then it works....

loosing too much time and money over this but at sametime being brtual since software issues is not covered by my work place, but then speaking too a 70year old granny that just wants to see/speak to her son is another thing lol
 
Anyone got a link to an old messenger set up, this new messenger is absoulutly horrible, logs out and reconnects constantly and i sent a few test messages and they didn't reply until i closed exited and restarted the client
 
After trying for the past few days to get msn 2011 to my satisfaction i have now uninstalled it and gone back to the previous version. It's much better :)
