Just bought bioshock because i cannot get on with it on xbox, and have 2 still wrapped ready for when i have played through 1, and also got plants vs zombies...totalling just under £7, bloody bargain!

not just pointed at you, but does PvZ work ok on windows 7?
only ive tried the demo from popcap games and it just refuses to load up, all i get is it minimized and nothing else. :confused:

/edit, im downloading the demo from steam now so it might be ok yet, i tried before but got a blank Digg page...
 
Just got myself the Dawn of War platinum pack for £4.99 on the THQ deal. Lost my copy of DoW when I lent it to a friend. :mad:
 
just bought PvZ and finally got L4D2 since i couldnt get it last month when my internet broke down the day they had the L4D deals -.-

Yes. HAving said that, not everyone likes it, it's not such a straight forward shooter as you have to manage the weapons you carry, booze, first aid kits, bandages, bullet quantities and what type of bullets etc. Oh and must earn money too if you want the great equipment you can buy, something Idon't think I'm that good at as the weapons I want I can never afford. You can find these weapons also but then end up running out of ammo so ditch them to reduce carrying load :(

I wish ClearSky was on offer as I now have the other two and currently playing through SOC when I have time. On modern hardware SOC now plays great. Had a quick look at Pripyat and it looks great too, leaving that for when I finish SOC though, and ideally would like to go through CLearsky first.
They're fairly free roaming games which I like but not everyone does as they dunno what to do.

Got Amnesia & Bioshock.

Got lots of the games in the sale already but was interested in Overlord. Sensible Papa spoke and even though it costs less than a pound, I have decided not to get it. I will never get played, like most of my collection.
 
Same here, i'm finding it hard not to buy overlord for the few pence but i know i'll never play it. :\

I know what you mean. I've just started it today. I haven't even seen a monster yet and I'm already bricking it. There's always some unexplained sound off in some corner somewhere like footsteps or an animal grunting, some half-seen movement in the shadows.

It's a wee bit tense. :D
