Spilled tea on PS3 controller

Okay so I'm a really unlucky guy, it's the 3rd PS3 controller I broke lol.

I spilled tea on it last night, just a little bit and the analogue buttons started going crazy so I turned it off and swapped it for my other controller, now it won't even turn on. Does this sound like it's gone?

Dismantle, Clean & try switch it on.

If you have a boiler cupboard, or any sort of really warm place, stick it in there for abit

My sister spilt tea on an xbox controller one time, she fills her cup with sugar so all the sugary bits were crunching in the buttons, it was horrible. Luckily though, the controller was unaffected by this and, with time, the crunchy sugar bits went away.
