Food will become a hobby / past time, we will have little pills we take 3 times a day to keep us alive with enough vitamins and calories (even though calories are currently in the process of being discredited as we speak).

Shame really as increased use of nuclear power would solve the projected energy crises we're predicted to be facing in the next few decades. I don't think solar/wind/tidal energy is available in constant enough supply for either of those three to become the energy source upon which we depend the most.We already have nuclear power. Unfortunately, the scientifically impaired won't stop freaking out about it.

I can see you getting the vitamins and minerals you need in a pill, but could you really compress a days allowance of fat, protein and carbohydrate into 3 pills?
On a slightly more serious note, we are probably about to see keyboards that are formed out of laser beams in the nearer future. It wont revolutionize desktops but it will be very useful for tablet PCs and smart-phones.
