Jeans with shoes

With slim jeans. and yes, they do if the jeans are nice. Hate to sound arrogant but I'm talking nice jeans, £60 +

I have shoes very similar to them and blue slim wrangler vintage jeans. I hope you guys all understand I'm referring to when going out, aka clubbing or for a meal...

Gustov clearly doesn't have a clue...

Or you have no fashion sense?

What would you wear on a night out to compliment jeans? Plimsolls?

The jeans pretty much have to be slim fit to work with shoes. I'm 6ft 1 and am very slim so the look works on me. If you're short and fat it's just going to look stupid.

I see nothing wrong with wearing dark jeans with black shoes, with or without a shirt.
Light jeans will look stupid though.

lol at some of the replies.

Of course jeans and shoes go. It's all about having nice shoes though...

Loafers just look terrible in any circumstance...

You're probably all thinking of horrible bootcut jeans with some skanky asda shoes.

I'm talking with reference to 'going out' though.

Lol, they are formal shoes and should be warn with trousers only, a nice pair of black of brown slip-ons without such a pointy toe are much more casual, and perfectly acceptable with jeans. Loafers can be good or bad with jeans depending on how formal looking they are.

I really don't like black shoes and blue jeans... I think it just looks wrong and disjointed. I'm sure there are some exceptions to that rule, but most people certainly cannot pull it off!
