It's a lot quieter on idle than I thought it'd be, but then it's only the Sport, not the Race (this would require removing for each MOT and I really cannot be arsed with that).

Can't wait for it to burn out properly, but that won't be until the new year on my current mileage :(

Looks great .

Not sure about the numberplate placement though, is that some EU bs? Much prefer the UK cars placement under the bootlid handle thing.

It's to distinguish the non-M Coupe from the M Coupe.
It was shorter on the pre-facelift, but that also got you a 2.8 with E36 switchgear and orange indicators. So I can live with it.

The only way to get it there properly is by sourcing an M rear bumper and tailgate, which I'm not prepared to do.
Quad pipes would have been nice though..

Whats burning out do for an exhaust?
The guy said it'd get louder after a hole had been burnt in the wool.

I'm guessing the back box is stuffed with wire wool which eventually burns through, thereby becoming louder.
At the moment, it's not particularly loud and certainly not on idle.

Your car is 3 years newer than mine but similar mileage and only has 4 stamps, mine has 14!!

The Volvo was bought as a knee jerk reaction to getting caught speeding (a lot)

If this site is anywhere near as active/good as the Dutch counterpart, this will save you a lot of money from the highway robbers :

Seems to have a database of both local and federal coward hidden cop cars too :). ( not sure if it's complete though, but still, best to memorize the known ones in your area.

http://www.flitspaal.nl/ For the static gatso etc tax collectors, belgium is covered too on the NL website :).

A Coyote compatible garmin or tomtom satnav will help a lot too with little effort :), to the horror of that idiot Etienne Schouppe :D. See this article:
