If Alonso gets up to 3rd Vettel will probably be told to move over for Webber, he'd be better off finishing further down and they'd let Vettel win.

RBR will not ask Vettel to move over unless mathematically, Vettel is unable to win the title.

I think RBR share my belief that Vettel will finish the WDC ahead of Webber, anyway. Also consider that Vettel is their No.1 driver and it is extremely rare for a No.1 driver to give way to the No.2. It has happened in the past, but it is very rare.
