Good post as I am trying to build ours up. We like the cocktails and make em from time to time. I used to have a good selection but they all went.
Currently got:

Gordons Gin
Vodka
Baileys
Malibu
Grenadine
Brandy
Archers
Triple Sec

Plus buy juices and mixers to suit from time to time, keep plenty of ice in the freezer and have blender/juicer and shaker.

I need to get:

Blue Curacao
Amereto
Frambois
Tequila
Bourbon
Whisky
Midori
Martini

And then I think that'll do. We tend to rinse the Malibu fastest as both like cocktails with white rum base.
