How to whiten teeth?

Do you mind linking a good place to buy them pal? I'm just about to go offline, and not having to search on google later would be a big help :)
 
Good, proper toothpaste and a new brush. Continue this for a few months and book yourself to see a hygienist, and continue as before.

That's probably the most sensible way.

My teeth aren't really white - Had my first filling a few months ago at age 22.
Grandad's teeth were yellow and all his life he only had a couple of fillings.
Mum's teeth are white but very soft and she is always breaking them. Grandma had white teeth until they were pulled out at 21.

Sounds to me that yellow teeth are stronger teeth!
 
Order some crest whitening strips off ebay tbh...

Unless you've got some major major stains then they ought to do the trick. Perhpas go to your dentist/hygienist and get a polish too.. though leave it a couple of days after that before starting the white strips I guess as IIRC they're not supposed to be used immediately after something like that.
 
Blacken every other tooth, this will accentuate the whiteness of the tooth next to the black ones!
 
Diluted hydrogen peroxide. Tastes disgusting but does a better job than any of the consumer products out there (so a dentist told me) and a lot cheaper.

I was tempted to try this, my teeth arent terrible yellow but theres definately room for improvement. Ive heard of people mixing baking soda with the diluted hydrogen peroxide to make their own toothpaste, does anyone do this on here?
 
I have been using Crest Whitening Strips for 2 years. They really work very very well. If I want to look like Simon Cowell I can and you can stop when they become to white to avoid this.

edit: I combine this with a sonic toothbrush. People regularly comment on how white and shiny my teeth are.

if your teeh are "soft" and break its more likely they roted from the side probably a cavity
