Is it possible for me to arrange a courier from DPD through OCuk to come and collect parts ? Basically theres a load of problems with every part in the computer so instead of wasting a lot of money on postage id like smeone to pick it all up at once. possible ?

I'm 99% sure the answer is no. You would have to RMA individual components you believe to be faulty, or the whole machine if you bought a whole machine.

Wouldn't it be distance selling regs that apply if he wants to basically just return some stuff (because he's unable to identify the cause of an annoying fault, been through several RMAs already, OCUK not really helping it would seem, etc - read his pitiful threads :))? But is there a time limit for distance selling returns? Not sure.

yeah but the problems he has had have been ongoing so you would assume perhaps faulteringly that a new guarantee from OCUK would apply with parts coming in and out.
if he could argue they were defunct on arrival then the rules are a slightly different ball game i believe

Hmmm - DSR no quibble return period is only 7 days, so you only have RMA to go down. I thought you were going to RMA mobo as that is pretty much the only thing left likely to be the cause of your problem? Aren't you in contact with OCUK about all this?
