Also in regards to this story- the girl DROPPED OUT, she wasn't kicked out. She then moved house, and was out of the schools district when she tried to re-enrol. Perhaps the motivations were homophobic for them not letting her back in, but there are 2 sides to every story.
My god, you're right. I can't walk down the street without stepping over some men porking each other in the bottom, and women with questionable haircuts all licking each others tongues and breasts vigorously whilst falling out of kitchen cupboards.

Hadn't realised she's moved out of district, makes it even more legitimate, if they've decided not to bend the rules through homophobia then unfortunately that's their choice, it doesn't seem that she'd be entitled to come back whatever her sexuality.
What a stupid policy, why was that? I didn't live at home, or even the same town, in the latter half of my final year (5th year) at school but I was still allowed to go.
Clearly not, given the negative and ignorant references in this thread to lesbians and their looks, as though somehow that has a bearing on an individual's worth or sexual orientation.
I'm amazed at the attitudes and comments here; focusing on a lesbian's lack of good looks or feminity is just another way of expressing homophobia, as well as veiled misogyny - women are not on earth for the purpose of men's pleasure or as eye candy! And it adds to the marginalisation and difficulty of gay people just as much as outright prejudice does. In fact there is just as much a range of looks with the lesbian and gay community as with heterosexual people, but this is beside the point.
It's actually funny that anyone thinks the women having sex together in porn films are actually all gay!! Why would they do porn for the gratification of straight men?!!! Pornography has nothing to do with sexual orientation, it's about making money from performing sex acts which people choose to do in any way they want, straight men have sex with other men in porn films for the same reason. Funny that they do that primarily for the vicarious satisfaction of men too.
