oh hi.

Wanna get Heavy Rain, but don't have a move controller yet... are they worth it? What other games use it?

Also is the Heavy Rain: Move Edition the only one that can use the move controller?

Wouldn't say Move is worth it really (though Tumble is alright). Doesn't matter which version of Heavy Rain you buy, as it'll patch the original one to use the Move.

Good game, move controllers really do add to it but erm... Heavy Rain has some of the worst screen tearing i've ever seen in a video game. In some places the tearing made me feel sick.. It can hurt the eyes as some scenes have a lot of lights and the screen tearing and flicker can be very noticable..

But, other then this Heavy Rain is a very good game. the eye camera could also be used GT5? I thought Move was fine, cheap enough but lack of games really.

anyhow, you can actually get a demo of heavy rain if you want to try before you buy..

ah ok, ill check out the demo.

Found the original Heavy Rain second hand for £15.49... so may just get this and get a move controller for xmas.

From what little I played of Heavy Rain Move on my friends ps3 I enjoyed a lot! Really is a nice game even without the use of move :)

I lent my original version of heavy rain to a friend. He said it downloaded a big update and now says move edition. I've not seen this as I finished it a few months ago

would really love to see more Heavy Rain-liked titles. Are there only people-killing games left now?

Look into farenheight on the ps2 or pc i think its better then heavy rain its essentially the first game of the sort and one of the best ps2 games.

I must be in the minority here, because i thought it was an awful game.
Clunky, dull, more like a tech demo.
Also tried it with the move, oh dear god:(

Just found it on the Xbox360 Maret Store thingy. It's 1200 points, may have to make a purchase....

Do Xbox DVD games work on the 360?

According to Wikipedia Some Xbox games work on 360 and Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit is one of them... yay. its only a £5 on the jungle so gonna take a gamble.

Personally i wouldn't even put Fahrenheit in the same league as Heavy Rain. I loved Fahrenheit but the constant repetitive QTS really don't hold well in comparison to Heavy Rain, the far more varied controls needed for Heavy Rain make it just feel a whole lot better.

And Heavy Rain didn't have a pants on head retarded ending :p

Heavy Rain feels better with move but is by no means essential to enjoying it. I played through the first time with a normal controller and loved it, the second playthrough using move was better, but i wouldn't say it was worth the investment for that game alone.

Was Heavy Rain released in the same year as Uncharted 2? I forget. If not, then Heavy Rain is the best game i've played this year, if Uncharted 2 was indeed this year, then Heavy Rain was the second best.
