Very good is the answer:) I checked my email this morning and delivery is due bewteen 12:18pm and 1:18pm. Just checked their website and it has been signed for by one of my staff at 12:21pm Thats only 2 minutes ago and their website is already updated!

I don't find them anything special. When they can't be bothered to deliver a parcel they always mark it down as "not in and card left" on the website

It's a business address and people are always in. They never leave cards.

Might be the driver. I asked him once and he just shrugged and walked off.

rubbish. i ordered a new phone about 2 years ago and it came with a free nintendo wii. after 2 'attempted deliveries' (my mum was in, i don't think they even knocked the door) i decided to go and pick it up myself from their depot which was about an hour away, i got there and the nintendo wii had been opened. i didn't sign for it and it took nearly another week for my phone and wii to arrive. wouldn't use them again if possible.

DPD are the best delivery company around by a country mile.

(Obviously it varies from area to area but it is near flawless here :D)

On a similar note, I've never had a single problem with CityLink - they've always been great for me, yet people are always banging on about how terrible they are.

ParcelFarce though - that's a whole other matter.

Same as all the rest. 90% of the time the service is good but there will always be a small number of mishaps. Same for any courier.

Out of all the couriers that have delivered goods to me citylink are always by far the grumpyest!

I got my case the other day from a competitor and it came by citylink, he didn't bother to bring the parcel down then couldn't spell my surname... I cracked a joke and he stormed off and left my gate open the cheeky mare!

I think the only two words I got from him were "sign there".

DPD on the other hand...my sisters laptop often "breaks" and is covered by "a popular outlets cover" (its had 3 new screens, 2 keyboards and 3 new cases fitted) each time picked up by DPD and dropped off who have always been polite and the estimated delivery time is a god send!

This, both DPD and citylink have always been good here, parcelforce though... expect your package to miss the day despite staying in for it and personally checking the doorbell. When you finally do get it by going to the depot, you will find it had been used for football practice in a wet field!

This is the thing with delivery companies, the driver makes or breaks your perception of them.

Around here, the DHL drivers are ####

DPD are absolutely amazing in my area. I love how they give you a one hour slot for the delivery.

I've got a generally poor opinion of delivery companies but DPD... deliver. :p
