HE Warranty

Having just read the HE store prices thread by Feek (great guide btw), who should I contact regarding my HE warranty? My MBP (late 2009) has had its warranty expire after just one year, and yet was bought through the HE programme.

I rang up, spoke to three advisors, and had to get pretty annoyed and quote the terms and conditions at them. None of them had a clue and I finally got written confirmation that my warranty would automatically renew after one year. Sounds like that didn't happen for you (and unlikely for me).

I bought mine online. The three year warranty is only valid for online purchases. I'm not talking about Applecare.

The question was for Delphi-uk. You only get the 3 year warranty if you buy online and not in-store, even if you got HE discount in-store.

Thats strange. He replied to mine a while ago. Maybe he is getting swamped with HE questions

Ahh totally forgot I had asked this question - thanks for the answers, will try emailing the guy and asking.

@hyper_piper45 I bought it online last year, so should be eligible for the three years.
