Whatever program I run...I cannot access the fan speeds of ANY of the fans in my system - that's 4 fans all connected to the motherboard: the other two arent.

Help ?

EDIT: All programs display the fan speeds as 0 RPM.

Are any of the fans connected to the fan headers, also some don't always show.

Also if they are, how cables do the fans have, and what programs you using.

They're connected to the opt fan headers...and the CPU one is connected to the CPU fan header (and I cant view the CPU fan speed either).

I can however control the GPU fan speed through ATI Tray Tools.

I've tried using Speedfan; AMD Overdrive and some other program.

Have you tried HW Monitor.

What fans are you using and do they have 3 cables.

Stock AMD one for the CPU and the ones that came with the case (though I didnt expect to be able to control them anyway).

Each of the fans comes with a 3 pin connector and an adapter to connect the 3 pin to a molex if there arent enough headers on the mobo. The CPU one is a standard AMD cpu fan.

Tried the program you said and nope...just gives me 3 fans at 0%

If your using Win 7 or Vista can you right click the program and run as administrator.

Does the BIOS show any fan speeds.
