Since installing my Kingston SSD, my MBP finds its self in a position of being unable to boot every so often, usually following a crash whilst going to or waking up from sleep.
It was happening a lot, until I did a full install instead of restoring from time machine last time, where it was fine for ages, until;
I reached the end of my tether with it last night when I went to open terminal and it just froze with the 'loading' cursor. I was forced to do a hard "shutdown", from which it will not boot again, I just get the grey screen with the little loading circle.
I have a strange feeling that I've seen it mentioned that SSDs and sleep don't go together very well, is this the issue here? As it is never shut down and almost always put to sleep by closing the lid. Is there any truth to my vague recollection, if so, is there a remedy?
Thanks in advance
