Read my second post where i clearly say 6870 is better for xfire,i made a simple mistake, have you anything to contribute for the OP,if not shut up.
Then edit you nonsense post's further down.
The OP is clearly lacking GFX knowledge and needs all the help he can.
You posting Guff further down is not helping anyone.
It seems to me that you don't really have a clue at all yourself. And just copy what others say.
Why post that in the first place? You're a walking contradiction and don't tell me to shutup when all you do is post guff.
...seems I created chaos...sorry

If you want crossfire in the future, then get the 5870.
ok, is that card on offer reliable though? it is OCuk value...The gigabyte 470 soc is a very good card, decent factory overclock, lower power usage and an excellent cooler. Should oc a lot further than a reference cooled 470. However, if you do fancy going xfire at sometime in the future, a 5870/6870 would be a better choice, wont comment on the clocking ability of those as ive never owned/used one.![]()
Yep, it's a good time to hold out, what with the new 6900's and the nv570, i only opted for the gtx 470's as they were so cheap, (and im a tight git).![]()
What case do you have?i can "just" fit the 6870 in my case, any bigger is a no go
