Recommend me a film which makes you think!

I'd also choose Mr. Nobody, excellent film
I would recommend Open Your Eyes (Abre Los Ojos) which is the original Spanish version over the remake.

If you like those 2 films then...
- Look at Nolan's other films, such as Memento and The Prestige.
- You might enjoy Usual Suspects, Fight Club, Primal Fear - if you want twists
- Primer will make your head spin if that's what you want

Yep, Primer is a mind-**** alright. Have watched several times and still not sure I understand it.

I think I get it, but that's after watching it an insane amount of times. Still, explaining it in words I'm sure will be another challenge in itself!

Has nothing on the book....which wasn't spectacular to begin with.
+1 for The Machinist and Memento though.
While I enjoyed The Prestige, it's not something that makes you think that much - not compared to the two above anyway.
