Lucky Escape

I suspect they've been posted before but the following are far, far luckier escapes and in the second the guy is a real pro when he keeps on snapping.

This is more of a 'check this out' thread. You cant really have much of an opinion on it can you?

People should stop moaning.

Yup!!.

Don't like the thread, don't read it.

GD is full of junk I don't care to look at, I don't (unless I'm feeling particularly argumentative) comment just to criticise the thread creation, I just press the back button and move on.

Pretty mad, quite shocking no one jumped down to help him out.

On a subcrawl my friend once did a cartwheel on the underground platform, messed it up and fell onto the tracks. Was certainly a worrying moment, we then vowed to stop messing around on underground platforms when drunk!

That policeman has got guts, can't deny him that... Shame this happens so often though... I seem to see videos similar to this monthly now a days...

TBH its the train drivers I feel sorry for. Most of the time its too late to do anything by the time they spot someone (down or a potential jumper). It must be awful to just sit there powerless and watch it happen.

The drivers are allowed time off to recover (month or two). But seeing a human body acting like a tomato when thrown at a wall is going to have some long lasting effects.

You whine more then my ex Fox seriously! why do u even care that much about what he rights on a internet forum? jesus!

Yeah, they are trained to close their eyes, stick their fingers in their ears and sing loudly if they're about to hit someone to try and reduce the trauma of it.

I was more getting at the fact it has 600+ of your posts in it :p

A bit like the BP oil rig thing. It amazed me how everyone seemed to think you were some sort of expert when in reality all you were doing was just re-posting other peoples content word for word in the thread over and over again - some days you had 6 posts in a row with none of your opinion or insight!

Same thing as you - post rubbish on an internet forum. At least i word my own rubbish though ;)

I would suggest you keep your strong points to yourself, as their merely do nothing for the topic than create disruption. Move along, i think you will find that you have more than had your point made!

It's a pretty interesting story... not half as gut wrenching as that pram that rolled onto the track though :o

I'm also pretty surprised by the moaning. It's not like there is any significant opinion that can be given on the event anyway. If it was a topic for debate I might be more inclined to understand any annoyance, but as it's not... use the back button.

You're not a don though? So why dont you stop trying to police something you have absolutely no jurisdiction over.

I'm not trying to police anything! I just asked him a question, and we went from there. You are doing exactly the same thing from the other side..

Please don't be a hypocrite. Either we are allowed to comment on what people post, in which case, there was nothing wrong with what I said, or we are not allowed to comment on what people post, in which case stop being a hypocrite :)
