5870/6950

hi im upgrading soon for eyefinity but i'm wondering should i get a 5870 now that the price is so low before they vanish or wait for 6590 i realy need help on this one

i'm bias as i've just made that decision and brought a HD 5870. theres 3 cheap 1's left.

depends on how much you willing to pay, the HD 6950 will cost around £300/more without a doubt for atleast 6 months. HD 5870 have stopped been manufactored and slowly dissapearing, just like the HD 4870X2 scenario.

hmm i dont know i think ill wait till 13th dec because thats the "suppose" release date of the 6950/6970 and then go from there but i dont think any of the nice 5870's would be left only this one

and the stock cooler on that makes me cringe
