Crickey:eek: I never knew that. I'm guessing things wouldn't go well for me if I ever got arrested

"Because of its claimed use in terrorism, possession of a Casio watch, specifically a Casio F91W, was listed in Guantanamo Bay Combatant Status Review Tribunal reports and other government documents as a reason for these detainees' continued detention."

Holy crap, microwaves were expensive back then.

I guess they were still a new, high-tech item at that time.

Its because they were made 100 times better back then. When I was a kid we had a big Panasonic microwave that was given to my mum by my grandma. My mum and dad gave it to me when not one but 2 microwaves we used blew up!

Its Panasonic and gets used everyday, still as good now as it was 30 (maybe 40) years ago

Had a PYE tv.

Forgot that company even existed!

Had that thing till about 89 i think, mam bought be a 14' colour for me birthday.

Treasured those catalogues as a kid though, scanning through them dreaming about all the stuff we could never afford:)

The only catalogue I remember was the Freemans catalogue. Specifically the ladies underwear section :D
