Did you play the game on hard or crushing then? AI on easy and normal is well easy higher levels and the AI is very good. Would like to know what a 10./10 from you is, a game doesnt win over 150 industry awards for being above average.
 
I might just replay Uncharted 2 again. Uncharted 1 is unplayable once you've played the second one to be honest. It almost feels broken in same ways.
 
I'm in a state where I really want to play and complete the first two, as I know they're good games, but I just can't bring myself to do it for some reason. It's the same with most games, but I feels moreso with this. Maybe it's the PS3, maybe it's the controller, i'm not sure, but something is stopping me playing these.

Someone give me the kick up the arse I need to get on and complete them.

Agreed. I made the fatal mistake of playing uncharted 2 before uncharted 1, and so enjoyed uncharted 2. I played the whole game in one sitting, I even stopped up all night as it was the 'only' game I've ever played that I simply 'had' to play until nothing left.. 14 hours in one sitting, was worth every single minute.

Played uncharted 1, and thought it was good, but technically it was flawed, screen tearing and didn't feel anywhere near as good as the second and just didn't bother any further past the first few hours..

I'm so looking forward to the 3rd game. If its technically as good as 2 with a good as story then another all nighter will be on the cards when it finally comes out...
 
Who thinks the game will start with Drake unconscious and then coming around to see that he is in a plane that is about to crash and the pilots are both dead and he has no parachute and there are also snakes on the plane.

Lets see him get out of that one.

Little bit worried that UC3 might see the beginning of the series becoming formulaic. Drake, after a big crash (plane/train), discovering he is miles away from society in the middle of a harsh environment (snow/desert). If he gets picked up by a Bedouin shortly after passing out from exhaustion i'll be very disappointed.

Seriously cannot wait to get this, for me Uncharted 2 is the best console game of this generation (biased PS3 owner that I am)

Looking forward to more footage as the months go by :)

Nothing like a little optimism to pass the wait huh? ;)

Having now watched the trailer, I am in no doubt that regardless of the formula, this will be one of "the" games of 2011.
 
I think its just a throwaway mechanism thats so embedded in U2 that when you see it in the trailer it reinforces your memories of previous Uncharteds. Its hard to imagine an Uncharted teaser trailer without Drake being in a predictment...

Kinda reminds me of the 'Oh Boy' line from Quantum Leap...
