Empire/napolean GOTY Edition special offer.

Hmm already have the original game but this does also include all the DLCs, mainly the campaign ones (as I'm not bothered about the skins).
 
Is N:TW much better than E:TW? As I still have a bad taste from buying Empire at release (though the modding community have really helped reduce that regret).

It's somewhat different. There's both battle and campaign changes, reload speeds of muskets have increased to counter-act the buggy fire by rank and in the campaign map stuff like having to build supply yards to reinforce your armies, or suffering losses from famine/death when caught in hostile environments or being unable to be supplied.

It's good. Empire mainly bugged me because the battles felt sticky, but Napoleon feels smooth.

I loved watching Sharpe but I always had to chuckle when they'd have a massive, famous battle with about 8 guys :D
 
Bought. I enjoyed Medieval and Rome total war so thought i would give this a go.
They have to take a back seat at the moment though to FM11 and Metro 2033 :P
 
I already got Napoleon on Steam. If I get this pack, can I use all the DLCs and Empire Total War and gift Napoleon to somebody else?

BTW, both games suck TBF, Rome Total War and Medieval 2 were 10 times better.
 
Afraid not Mr Krugga - I didnt get the option for Empire - was worth me activating it since I didnt have any of the DLC...

Hmm Napoleon DLC - The Peninsular Campaign still shows as DLC to be bought for me on Steam?!? Im sure it was included in the GMG bundle :(
