Mmmmmm a bit rather unnecesary to be critical of the man once he has got back on his feet considering the nature of his OP.

Perhaps, but if somebody is spending all their time seeking employment for a well paid role that they are qualified for, then I have no problem with them claiming the JSA. That's what it's there for surely
