http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-280-GI&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=1782 half way in between price, and has SATA3.0 and USB3.0, onboard gpu, but it doesnt do crossfire correctly, the second slot runs at a slower 4X speed, while the first gets the full fat 16X speed.

oh and a question, 4gb 800mhz ram, would it run on any of these MB's or is it too slow now by today standard.

You need DDR3 ram, 800mhz will be DDR2.
