They do, I've played through both of them on Windows 7 64 bit and 32bit and they work fine.

Thats weird, just bought some things via Paypal. Steam said the transaction didnt work, yet my Paypal account is showing the funds transferred, happened to anyone else?

Raise a support ticket with Steam. I've had it happen before.
