If so, download routerstats, run it, tell us your signal to noise ratios (SNR), and your line attenuation I'm getting 15Mb down, 2.5 up with 33.9db attenuation down and SNR of 3.5db to compare, but I'm with Be* and use another router(Thomson 587).
