What meat on Christmas day ?

Turkey ?
Goose ?
Ham / Gammon ?
Duck ?
Beef ?
Road kill ?

Duck for us. After having turkey every year till i was in my thirties i've decided to take a break for a while. Had beef last year and Goose the year before that.

And a Turkey crown for the folks. Old habits die hard, apparently.

loads of Meat!!!!!!!111 I got a turkey, a leg of lamb, smoked ham and a beef joint. Sounds like a lot but once the family descends on it, it will be like one of them 70s piranha movies.

My mum is doing turkey (my preference would be goose) but we are taking a glazed ham with us too.

To clarify all of the above we have: Turkey, Gammon, Beef, Lamb, pork joint and pork tenderloin as a starter.

Turkey is only very modern tradition and isn't very english, we have something different most years.

We were going to have lamb but the butcher couldn't get a bit at a sensible price so it's a nice piece of beef instead.
