What do you do Christmas Eve?

It's frequently spent with the (hopefully) short trip to my Aunt's house and then relaxing with whoever has been invited round for that year. I've never been out on Christmas Eve, it's nice to spend the time with family and anyway Hogmanay is only a week away for going out with mates.
 
Sat at work doing very little. We've been told we can leave at 2 so that's nice, shame it's not earlier :p
 
Working until 4:30, then heading over to my Mum's house to spend the evening with my family.

We usually have a small buffet, a few drinks and spend the evening playing games.
 
going out straight after work for a few jars, then going home. pretty much it. not gonna get messy or anything though. i'd dread having a hangover all xmas day.
 
Traditional chinese takeaway at about 6, out in town about 7:30, get merry but not hammered as you don't want to feel rough on xmas day. Unless I have a guaranteed christmas cracker home by 1ish then up about 7:30-8 tomorrow.

Going out on Xmas eve is amazing, I think the atmosphere surpasses New Years Eve personally.
