I keep getting errors when trying to send messages with this new update:
The application Messaging (process com.android.mms) has stopped unexpectedly. Please Try Again Later.
Argggh I wish i never updated! A hard reset didn't help...

Anyone have any ideas how to fix the problem I mentioned above, I've been googling all evening with no solutions working.
In a good way or a bad way for you? I'm not sure if I'm imagining it but my battery life seems to have improved dramatically since updating.
In a bad way, have yet to see really... I did however have a dream last night that my battery has discharged from 100% to 1% in a few seconds and then melted! lol

. installed the update yesterday without problems and haven't noticed any changes yet.

Those green selection blobby things have always been there.

That's weird, I seen people on XDA having mixed feelings about the update as well. 14 and a half hours since I last charged my phone, kept it on all night and battery is at 42% right now. Probably sent ~100 texts, quite a lot of FB app and browser use as well, updated a few apps all on 3G. Not sure if this is because of the update or because the battery has got better.
I think he means every time time you press in the text box, because I've never noticed it do it when you just press only but when you long press and then move it around to select parts of the text. Seems to zoom in and move a hell of a lot of smoother when you move through the text with the zoomed in box.

OK so the dock:
Seems quite good, it's a bit shiny and logod with "KIDIGI" as you can see, so a little different to the photo from the site. But overall I still think it much better looking than any of the other chargers around, you know the crappy block ones... The phone is a little tight in the stand and you can feel the resistance but not so tight as to cause a problem, and the phone sits snugly on the micro usb connector very easily and snugly.
Also of note is that the site and the packaging it came in indicated that it was able to charge via plug and sync via PC at the same time, but there is only one port, so it's PC or plug, not both.
The major problem I had with the dock was the usb charge adapter that came with it, use it at your own risk, when I plugged in the phone acted like I was pressing the screen all over very fast and non stop, as if the screen was overvolted or something. When I used the charger that came with the phone it worked fine.

I'm experiencing pretty bad battery life. From sleeping last night over a total of 8 hours the battery went down 36 percent. Surely that can't be right? I've gone through that guide and I've turned off the majority of services.
I also ran speed test and I'm only downloading at 26kbps on 3G? I'm on t-mobile.

Which speed test did you use? The speedtest.net app has never given me a true speed on T-Mobile.

FYI temp root with VISIONary doesn't work after the update.

That one. It is seriously slow and WiFi connects to detect the true speed. What were you receiving ? Alternative apps?
yep that's why i rooted and put eng hboot on yesterday.
Mine was always showing as like 16k I can't remember what other app I used, haven't done a test for a while.
I updated mine yesterday and I noticed how long it seemed to take as well but it all updated without a problem, not really noticed much changes really with it but I will keep an eye out on the camera to see if it has improved at all.
