She has no idea what she's doing; she's just being made to do it.

Load of ****.
I went to a Christian School and we have morning Prayer and at that age I knew what I was doing and who you were praying to and why it was important.

I know who I am thanks, I give whatever I want...what do you propose to do about it.

I might be bigger than you. I might not be. I don't know. however, this post is confrontational. It should be dealt with as much as other posts on the same level have been dealt with.

So for people like me, who were forced to recite, bow head, palm to palm due to fear of being punished, who resented every minute of it, should all children in schools be forced to partake or have an opt out system?

I see it as mindless drivvel which involves thanking some unkown being for our own actions/actions of others.

What has your physical size have to do with a (I use the term loosely) debate on a forum...

Are you suggesting a physical fight over it?, I fail to see what that would prove. If you cannot propose anything other than that I'm disappointed.

You parents would more then likely seen something like on the enrollment form before they signed you up to the school.

"Due to the Nature of this School, Your child/Children will be exposed to Christian Beliefs and practices"

So dont go hating the School, Go blame your Parents for sending you there.

You seem to like the word "loosely". Others have been banned for less. Now what am I going to do about it hmm...(perhaps you made me feel intimidated & I am scared you are going to beat me up)

I'm actually beginning to like you, you remind me of someone I served with.

I think it would be very hard to find a secular school, especially where I live. Plus, I don't believe there is any clause from the schools I attended which involved that.

I believe it said your child must attend school assembly, but attending surely doesn't mean forcing your child (only if the child is non religious or christian) into practicing the faith (although there was one time where they attempted to force a sikh child [I think he was sikh] into reciting the lords prayer and singing some hymns)

I once got banned for calling somebody a mlaaring seagull.

True story.

You can get treated for feelings of inadequacy and paranoia on the NHS. It's better to get treatment than live in irrational fear.

I've got a "red card" for not fully starring a swear word out. I'd expect you to get a hell of a lot worse! nuff said!!!!!!
