Will add my resolution here too with the aim that it will help me keep to it.

Goals - Six pack, 250kg deadlift, 170kg deadlift, 110kg bench, to complete level 10 interval on my treadmill and take part in a marathon somewhere.

Sorted my weight out from 19 stone to 13 stone over the past 1.5 yrs so know I can do the above if I commit the same amount of dedication. :)

1) Lose some fat, swap it for muscle
2) Maintain a healthy sleep pattern and work into the night less
3) Buy British meat where I can, stop buying Danish bacon
4) Achieve one of my "before I'm 25" goals of becoming a millionaire

Do some bloody Uni work. I'm in my final year but I still can't motivate myself to give a flying **** :(.
Keep losing weight (20.2st to 16.7st so far)
Get a good job, kinda relies on my sorting my uni bit out though!

Loose weight, though I've never done any excersize since school :D so it will be a challenge but I intend to stick to it once I start.

I could be doing without friends telling me "you're not going to do it" though.

Stop drinking. I start a good job with some responsibility this year, it's time to settle down my lifestyle a bit. Well, a lot. I've got to the point where I don't really like drinking but continue to do it, so I figure now is a good time to just pack it in, at least for a while until I settle in.

I'd love to give up smoking as well but I dunno if that'll happen.

Be better with money. Much better.
