How much have you spent with OCUK?

I've bought a few things over the years, but mainly in the early days where OcUK was the only place to get them.

Had a mobo go on me, and while it wasn't terrible the customer support wasn't up to stratch really. I got the impression of one man through the back surrounded by borked things, stressed yet not really caring, and being rather up for the customer being at fault. New mobo came, worked fine etc. But you can't help the impression you pick up from people.

Probably all changed since then, but I talked with my wallet and have went elsewhere since. I tend to go buy in person anyway.

Thousands no doubt, several full machines and loads of vomponents, but it has given me much joy! Keep coming back because of free delivery and good service.

Built a few machines with parts from here up until about 3 years ago. Must have been a few grands worth. Although I must admit that I shop elsewhere these days...:o

It is a shame when one bad experience loses someone a customer. When i was looking at replacing my car I spoke with a rather rude BMW dealer, so I spent my money elsewhere, for no other reason.

About £1000. Then they messed us around and we never bought from them again. Shame as their stuff is some of the cheapest and most accessible on the net in terms of computer components.

Probably a couple of k in total over the years. Not a huge amount.

I did have an issue with a ~£50 graphics card that soured my opinion of the shop and customer service, however.

That's exactly what happened to us. The guy even put the phone down on us. He didn't care, didn't want to help and was extremely unprofessional. It was also a mobo we had a problem with. Not spent a penny there since. He must have cost OCUK near enough £5000 from us.

Since 2007 I have spent £1904.16. Not sure if I used a different shop account before that, but that price doesn't include my first pc I built at about £900.

Free postage when I had it for a while certainly helped as I used that to justify purchases to myself! Still need loads more posts to get it now though!

I get all my stuff from there so quite a bit. Since i strted work in april ive had the following :

Corsair HX650, P5Q deluxe mobo, GTX460 1Gb, LG Blu-Ray RW, Lite-On DVDRW, Coolermaster 430 case, OCZ 64Gb SSD, H50 cooler, Freezer7 Pro cooler.

If i added up what ive had over the many years ive used the shop it would be several grand
