I'm really disappointed with the number of pictures posted too, even the number of posts of people saying what they got :(

Regardless, there have been some great presents so I think it's been a great success. Hopefully everyone will get their presents soon :)
 
Looking at the posts of the happy recipients, makes me wish that I had taken part this year, I will be sure to next year, as for those that received and didn't post "BOOOO!"
 
I got a bottle of Harviestoun Ola Dubh ale, going to save it. I just want to say thanks as I love ale (as the card said) and appreciate that my SS took a bit of time to see what I like.

PS - Sorry for the late post, only got back in the country the other day and been catching up with friends so this is the fist time I've been properly home in some time.

Ola dubh is awesome.
 
Got an awesome Nerf gun, much to the (dis)amusement of my girlfriend and flatmates :D. Seriously, so much fun.

Took pictures of the unwrapping on my phone but the SD card has since gone kaput so will take some of the actual gun on my camera soon :).

I'm thinking the same tbh Cheets, spent nearly £20 on the, even if they didn't like it and I got it wrong would have been nice to know, I'm willing to email them a code for something related to what I got them as well.

/\ Mine hasn't posted anything in this thread either. Makes the whole thing pointless... May as well buy a gift, wrap it up and then chuck it in your wheely bin.

If I get another non-poster next year I think I'm going to opt out (or just send them an out of date creme egg).

Yeah, its a shame people don't at least post a thank you in the unwrap thread. I'm sure there were more pictures last year as well :(.

Thanks SS. Its presently in battle with my Megablocks Spartan, so if it survives may post pictures later.


Postoffice have said my receipent didn't have the decency to be at home so they will hold onto it.

I agree. I've not got much of a post count but i signed up in good faith. I sent the parcel to my 'victim' in Wales, the postage was around £10 with the contents around £30 or so. He's not posted in this thread to say if anything came or not. :(
