Where do I stand?

Yeah in an E-mail i received it says:

"Your item/s has been raised under RMA 236493 and has been placed for refund. As long as it is returned to us in the same condition as sold it will go through the Returns Process and will take on average 7 working days from being booked in to the refund being completed."

Stealing a D/l code.....Selling the wrong product... same thing? Just kidding lol, don't even like the game.

There's two versions of the GTX570 beast, one with the stock cooler and one with the waterblock.
 
lol, I knew you were joking I shouldn't have said 'theft' soz bud. Was getting on my moral high horse d'oh.
 
I woudn't bother ordering from that company again if I was you, their RMA process is terrible just look through the forum where their customer service section is.

The amount of people that haven't been able to replace / refund items from that company is shocking.

Stick to companys like OcUK in my opinion at least you know you get decent after sales support, especially when it comes to RMA process.
 
The price should have indicated that it wasnt the watercooling model.
If a deal is too good to be true, it probably is.

You don't think showing a pic of the card with the waterblock installed with the same name gives the impression it is the watercooled version? Hell, under the related products tab it comes up with Feser 1 watercooling fluid!

I was planning on getting this card when I get back from holiday;- take the £8 VAT increase on the chin to allow me to send back under DSR if necessary - so glad I did now!

My brother's just got me a Razer mechanical keyboard from them as they said they'd have it in stock before christmas and sent emails to that effect. Turns out that was BS. I'd put it down to stock error but not so sure now tbh.

Bah, so no-one has the 570 beast card in stock in this country? I am disappoint.

I paid £323 for the card, comes overclocked to 841/990/1682.

@Skyrocket, Yes the price seemed to good to be true, but it had a picture of a GTX570 with a waterblock and in the description, under Cooling it said "watercooling" I think that would be enough to convince most people that the card should come with a waterblock.

Anyway I've learn't my lesson and won't be buying from them anymore, the only reason I shopped there in the first place was because I couldn't find any other shop that sold the Beast edition.
