Are these temperatures ok?

GPU - 27c
Aux - 34c
Mobo - 35c
CPU - 23c

These are all idle.

Mobo seems a bit high to me, or is that acceptable?

Stick it under load for an hour then post temps it would be far more helpful.

The only one that concerns me is GPU when tested on Kombustor DX11 it reaches 50c which to me seems quite hot. CPU when on full blend Prime95 doesn't exceed 48c which i think's pretty decent.

Whats the average motherboard temperature then?

Whats the average motherboard temperature then?

Would depend on Ambients & case cooling obviously but mid 30's is about right. Your GFX at 50c under load is nowt in fact I'd say clock the **** off it & your CPU as you have room temp wise.

Just realised, those temps are wrong. Have just named my temps in Speedfan and realised that it's Aux that reaches 48 under load and CPU reaches 30-32c.

What is Aux, and is that high?

Right, after an hour of playing WOW my GPU is at 53c and my motherboard is 40c.

Im not too bothered about GPU temp, but Mobo is worrying me slightly...

Well totaly different chipset, probably hotter running..

Generally my mobo is high 30's low 40's under 100% cpu load, when i load up everything, it can raise to 47c. Im totally not concerned about those temps, as i know the mobo can run at double that and have no issues.

Also i have the same gpu as you, the temps u say are spot on for it, i idle and load up at roughly the same temps give or take a few degree's, when its clocked at 930 core, the load is about +5c on the stock temp, but only natural for it to be.

So from the temps u say you get, i see nothing to worry about at all, so enjoy the comp, there is nothing to worry about.

Ermm it was at 930 core, whatever that makes the shaders, and stock memory settings.

Since a re-install i haven't put it back to what it was, that was all on the default volts 1050mv, not been able to unlock it for any higher yet.

That was for F@H though so more strenuous on the shaders then mem/core. Highest i ever saw the temps was 65c, and F@H will run it hotter then any game.

Nice.

Got mine to 930 also, stable in Heaven and Furmark.

Debating putting my fan on constant 100%. Is that gonna kill my card quicker?

Nah no need to put the fan on that high, those 65c temps i was getting was on auto fan, never went over 40% fan speed, the cooler on the card is really good.

Just leave the fan on auto, let it do its thing. Gigabyte have an OC2 version of our card that ships with the same volts, but is clocked to 920/930 forgot which, so the cards can easily do it without breaking sweat.
