I know there’s another guild on here playing Wow at the minute, but wanted to throw this out there...

TFU have a level 4 (almost 5) guild on the Shadowsong server playing the Alliance. Currently this provides benefits such as 10% extra mount speed and 5% extra experience gained from killing mobs. We also have a daily repair allowance set up for each guild member...

Would be great if anyone from here wanted to join us…. We’re a very active guild and have up to 20 people on our voice comms each nights… Our members range from new players on their first character right thru to level 85 players who have many alts. All levelling at their own pace, some questing, some being boosted, but all without pressure to hit top level. A few of us are starting to get into the pvp side of things with battlegrounds too.

With our current membership we are unable to provide raiding at the moment but it is something that we are looking at getting into further down the line. For now we are a social/levelling guild who like to have a laugh and help each other out.

Pretty much all of the people in the guild are originally from OcUK so reply here if you’re interested or in-game we can be found by typing /who the fallen unit. That will bring up a list of online members who you can whisper for an invite. Alternatively add xxmacca, maccymac, dunédain (ctrl alt + e to get the mark ;) ), maxinessgoon to your friends list and catch us when we are online :)


PLEASE NOTE: Please don’t join if your one of these “knows it all WoW heads”…. We really can’t be bothered for people who are up their own arse… We have people who havn’t got a clue right up to the “Hardcore” player.

agreed, used to hate it, just joined in with all the cool kids saying how crap it was, but tbh its actually a fantastic game.
 
I've been enjoying WoW a hell of a lot more playing with people on Mumble and such. Dungeons are tons better when you can talk to your tank and healer. :P

If anyone is on Shadowsong drop us a line for random dungeons or whatever. :)
 
I thought it was tetris (although both tetris and the sims are a franchise, so perhaps they are highest grossing franchises)

Sims franchise must be enormous, Sims 1 as far as I was aware has sold nearly 20 million copies by itself (not including the various expansions for it). Thats just for Sims 1. Which means I guess that if we are judging a games quality by its sale figures that Sims 1 is better than WoW :p
 
Don't want to debate it, just I personally hate being in the open world not being able to kill the enemy... or questing with absolutely zero risk is just boring. I know my brother feels the same and that's why I asked :) Normal is PVE I assume
 
I might be up for this, just transferred an 80 and 54 to Shadowsong. My colleage is on there with a guild etc but if they won't let me play becasue I'm too n00b for them I'll be at your door wanting some guild love.

No prob, you can drop by our voice comm anywyas if you fancy doing a few run's with out 85's!

EDIT: To the other posts, i assumed WoW was the biggest game of all time... Not 100% sure :D

PvP is ok but i prefer to get to 85 with out being ganked every time i try to quest... Besides i can get into a battlegrounds within mins!

Yeah come over, plenty of level 85 doing low level dungeon runs a few nights a week! Tbh tho all my fun comes from being on voice comms with every1… plenty of banter and Lolz…

We only have one “Guru” in the guild that we ask question to and that’s macca (who’s always online)…. Thankfully he isn’t in any way the typical “I knows it all wow’er” …. Just gives clear answers without all the bull crap smugness of most 85 hardcore players… GOD DAM HATE THOSE GUYS Grrrr lol (rant over).

But yeah be good to have you, you levelling gives the guild XP a boost so it works both ways :D …. there is usually spaces in the dungeon runs!
