Ebay

Im so so so glad the item is only for £40 as this could have been so much worse for me,ive now come to accept that 99% i will lose the money,i will also never ever again sell on Ebay after this episode

oh its much much better than the initial abuse no doubt at all :)

just some damage limitation is required so removing the first person and rejigging into a third party delivery is a much nicer way to go.

And yes you are more that right it was clumsy and wrong to send,unfortunately i speak my mind with everything and this has got me into a lot of trouble over the years,i cant help it though its just who i im:)

I sometimes wish i could button it but i cant i say it how it is:D.

It's entirely academic now, the tool went and did the dispute anyway. I'd bet he would have done the dispute for any result other than an immediate £40 refund - which would be unreasonable.

His feedback on atleast 6-7 times,hes left negative for late parcels,says it all
 
There should be some kind of "ebay fool" username list that we can accumulate to stop idiots like this being able to purchase items from honest sellers.
 
probably is on somewhere like the moneysupermarket forums, bloody right as well it's disgusting anal idiots like this one can be empowered to the point where anything less than a same day courier meets with a black mark.... :mad:

However I don't think naming and shaming here would be given the royal seal of approval.

You are an idiot,its not my fault the item has been delayed by RM,go ahead and request a refund via paypal and delay the situation even more for yourself.

Im a decent person my feedback reflects this,you are the first person to moan in 7 years on Ebay and by looking at the feedback youve give in the past ,you are a very impatient person.

Why should i refund you out of my pocket when the item is simply still in transit and delayed by by the snow like millions of other parcels,you can check the tracking info which will prove this.

All in all i could refund you and the mouse could then turn up and you will have a free item,how do i know you will send the mouse back to me?.

As for negative feedback go ahead you fool,1 negative wont hurt me,your just being very unreasonable and i wont bother selling on here again after this.

This will be my last email dont bother relying as you wont get a civil reply back now,Paypal will request tracking details which i will give which proves item is still in transit,what more can i do you impatient person.

Ive been excellent in communication throughout and explained the situation and yet your still being unreasonable and impatient like a child.


Here is what i received today out of the blue after previous civil emails between us:


Hi Dean. If you were any kind of decent person you would have offered me the refund without me having to make a claim for it. Its obvious that you are just trying to delay paying as long as possible with no regard for me or my kids.I will send you a £40 request to repay the money and if its not repaid tonight I will make a claim as soon as I get back from work and my feedback will reflect the way you have handled this situation. Hope this gets sorted out for you mate. Regarding the time that eBay/PayPal give you to deal with disputes... Wait until the last possible day each time to make him wait as long as you can :p

Thank you,i can guarantee he will escalate the dispute as soon he reads his email,oh well its only £40,it could have been a lot lot worse if i sold an expensive item like i have in the past many times.

I have a few things that im going to list on the MM the weekend,Ebay will now be my last resort and saying that i will probably never ever sell again on there after this.

I gave up and deleted my eBay and PayPal accounts years ago for the same reason. It just isn't worth the hassle in the end. Best to stick to things like OCUK's Member's Market which are pretty easy-going!
 
Em so the Paypal dispute has started and we have both posted our comments,while mine are 100% honest and his are pure lies, anyway.

Im surprised he hasn't escalated the claim yet?,im not that familiar with disputes so i need a little insight.

I thought the quicker he escalates the quicker Paypal will rule in his favour and refund him his money and leave me chasing the RM when 15 working days have passed and the parcel is declared lost.

Ive lost count of the number of times hes mentioned about leaving me negative feedback lol,1 negative feedback in 7 years he must think im a idiot for being concerned over this.
 
He needs to wait 20 days before he can escalate. I was able to do it early, but I'm not really sure why it let me.

Im sure ive read in an email and my Paypal account that he or me can escalate at anytime?
 
Aha, you're right. It's -within- 20 days rather than after 20 days.

I believe it must have been different at some point in the past, because I have had to wait the 20 days before. I was puzzled why I was able to raise it early this time. Puzzle solved.
