As a part of the group i just mentioned i feel disgusted that all other races, creeds and sexual preference are more important than mine. Try marrying into a jewish or muslim family or hindu for that matter.

I couldn't care less if there are Gay Only hotels, good luck to them if they wish to foster that environment for there patrons then fine. However the reverse is also true, as long as it is clearly in the T&C's then I see no discrimination.

If one is discriminatory (as the judgement found) then a moratorium should be placed on all Gay Only Hotels, Bars, Clubs and so on until the legislation that is obviously not fit for purpose is revisited and revised.

That one is doubly discriminatory, it only welcomes Gay MEN, what about the lezzers....

I have no objection to Gay Hotels, I simply stay somewhere else. The same should be true for Hetero ones. The judgement is discriminatory.

But that hotel doesn't sat you can't stay there if you are straight or female.

The judge himself was not very happy with the ruling he felt forced to give so he gave the B&B owners leave to appeal.

Yes it does, it states quite clearly that it is exclusively Gay.

It doesn't actually. It does seem very carefully worded..."Shun these other hotels, they're not gay exclusive" but doesn't say anything about the hotel only accepting gay men.

It just states un-married....if they are or are not aware of this then yeah..different story

There's a lot of rubbish in the first 20 or so replied to this thread I've bothered to read. The situation is as simple as it gets, the B&B is a business and as such can't discriminate as it did.
