<3 the new XJ.

Friend got one of the last old XJs off the line... got a stonking discount on it though!

I assume Indigo Blue is a dark blue rather than something bright?

6PMs nothing! :D
EDIT: Just seen it was Smokey - another irrelevant troll post then.

So you saw it was me and joined the bandwagon and called Troll? Well done. Why even bother posting that then? Seriously stop coming up with the same crap.

On a related note, a Jag hardly has a bare interior with no extra's. I love the new Jag line. See quite a lot of normal XJ's, i bet 99% of them are the V6 Diesel.

I've always dreamed of owning a Jag. Where I live they are extremely expensive. The only car I'd upgrade from my current car is either to an S-type or an XJ. I've always dreamed of how well these cars ride and waft along.

Another fabulous car from Jaguar, been on their A game for a few years now, good to see if you ask me too and I'm not a 'Jag Man'.

Went in one last week, was taken out on a *cough* working *cough* lunch ;) that dash is amazing, the dials are all one lcd screen so they have flashed it right up, I love the stitching on the dash and different materials on every surface.

It did have which I wondered  was little amber spots on the mirrors in the glass that come and go??

Found it! Volvos have them

"This is a system designed to alert you to cars in your blind spot. A little orange light by the wing mirror illuminates when sensors spot a car in this area. I am sure this gadget will help avoid accidents for some, but I can’t say I approve of it."

edit too slow :p

That's the blind spot warning system built into the wing mirrors. It's an option on the XF not sure about the XJ.

The sensor units are behind the bumper is what i meant. Poor iphone grammar yo!

No the sensor for the blind spot system is in the wing mirror itself usually a little sensor with a grill down by the joint of the mirror and body mount. The sensor covers the blindfold which it couldn't from the rear bumper.

No he's bought this brand new gonna keep it 5 years so though this was the sweet spot to him :) Just the normal non charger version.

He said its a 7k premium for the petrol engine, is that right? Anyway he's buzzing waiting for tomorrow :) He's here with me now hammered good man :D

When I spoke to a rep on one of the introduction evenings they had for the new XJ when it was coming out apparently there is a 7k or so premium. They have really limited the number engines they are putting in and I think they are trying to boost the sales of diesels. Which in all fairness, I actually quite like the diesel engines that jag do and think they go pretty well. :)

Thats odd im sure i saw them the other week in CAD on my screen sideways facing behind the bumper...

Stunning car, had the pleasure of going around LA in one.

Seriously Classy and I might be a little jealous!
