Piercings on guys

They can look good depending on your style. Completely depends on how you dress and your general appearence.

Severely limited? What an odd statement.

Why thank you!

What I meant was that if you base your decisions on the perceived social norms, then you're likely to restrict yourself in many ways, as there are many things which that norm reacts against. Thus, your life experiences are going to be limited by what society thinks is 'acceptable', instead of going by what you think is acceptable (obviously within personal moral and ethical guidelines).

I have the middle and side of my lip done currently, I had my eyebrow done but didn't like the way it was always catching it on my hat.

Personally I would say no to the navel one, but as one or two other people have said, at the end of the day it is your choice... also these can all be taken out leaving you with only a very small scar, you cant even see where I had my eyebrow done any more.

my opinion is based on what I think, not what is socially acceptable. Your assumptions are restricting ;)

2 other points on a more serious matter. Job and mates.

1) Will your employer or future employer like the 'captain dangly metal face' look.
2) Do you have the kind of mates who will just **** you off with magnets forever more.

Unless your name is Mike Patton then I really wouldn't bother.

Do you have a time machine, which you'll need to take you back to 1998 when this was cool? No? Don't do it.
