Female students may indeed grow in to normal, adjusted, even balanced, women once they graduate but they are, without exception, entitled, shallow, vapid and mental whilst still at Uni.

It is the job of the male student to keep the untrained female away from polite society while she rids herself of the above-mentioned issues.

You are advocating that the OP - who I understand to be a real person and not of a student persuasion - mix with those best left to their own kind. A terrible idea, I can't help but feel.
 
I agree, there are some right odd ones out there, but that's not just uni students, that's just 18-25 women in general...:p
 
Online dating is the way to go, meet loads of lasses and have your way:) I met my wife through dating direct.

Tell me about it. Doing geophysics at imperial can suck sometimes. We have fewer girls than on the pure geology course and imperial itself already has a poor female:male ratio... :(

I'm currently studying at a university that is around 70:30 girls to guys yet I only ever see 5 girls (one being a 35 year old with a husband) on a remotely regular basis. We are based in the same building as the geography department (they donwnstairs and us upstairs), walking in the main entrance has us swarmed by girls doing geography, walk upstairs and you're lucky to see any at all... :(

Yeah Royal Holloway is good in that regard. Quite a few of my friend went there.
 
You don't need to go to any specific places to find girls, you roll up to one and use a bit of poetry works for me all the time. Something along the lines of....

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
I've got a knife,
Now get in the ****ing van!!
 
Met my current girl and my ex technically through the net. One via a freshers group on FB and one via Tumblr.

Lame :o
