Yeah hard wood tables can get pretty bad on the arms. Will start to ache, nice to have a soft wrest

My bb shipped today, actually thinking about ordering another, get my g15 keyboard on one as well, it tends to slide across the surface of my desk a bit.

No aches with my trusty gel bone and evoluent vertical mouse, bone looks like a dogs toy, cost me about 8 quid but it looks like its worth about 50p, evoluent mouse looks like the waste from a genetic sexual experiment between a mouse and a Jawa Sandcrawler, it cost £90 (rip) but i (so) need it, it works a treat. Spent ages looking for the bone and had to get it from China in the end, i hate mouse mats and its so hard to get a gel wrist support without a mat attached. I carry the bone with me in my laptop bag, ive got carpel so my fingers go numb if i use a normal sado-mouse and mouse mats just go through me.

Yeah, I have used a towel for my elbows for years now but no more!

well my aimb arrived today and is on my desk now very pleased with it is a good replacement for my knackered excactmat. And added bonus is that it fits my keyboard tray exactly it's as if it was made for it.

I might post a picture up if I can be bothered to tidy my computer cabinet as it's a complete state at the moment

Must get round to reinstalling sof2, awesome game. The mouse mat feels very good, my g500 tracks a lot better now compared to the ocz, and my keyboard doesnt slide about anymore.
