You've got to love OcUK when talking about a new 4 seater Ferrari and someone throws a GTR into the equation.

Surprised that we haven't heard "The GTR is 'x' amount. With the change, I could afford a couple years of insurance, an house, a new dog and treat everyone in my town to a slap up meal compared to the price of the Ferrari!"

They did say all that money on the badge and its not faster Nissan GT-R which is almost the same thing.

Which is true! How many people have you hard of buying a modern Ferarri and just driving to its near limits? Instead it goes a few miles a year! 200+MPH?! It's more to pose than anything surely.

I mentioned the GT-R because it's the most likely competitor in terms of performance and weight and vehicle type.

No, it's not.

The competition would be the AM Rapide, Porsche Panamera Turbo, Maserati Quattroporte, Bentley Continental Flying Spur (or at least the Speed model of it)....all of which are very expensive, comfortable, stupefyingly quick cars that you could conceivably drive all the way to Monte Carlo without growing to hate them. The GT-R has the 'stupefyingly quick' part of that down pat, but as for the rest....it's not even playing the same sport, never mind being in the same league.

Lovely numbers for the FF, and i kinda like the look but think they should have gone for a slightly higher body, better wheels and sloped bonnet! Heres a terrible 5 minute edit i did.

EDIT: oh and i made it slight shorter on the body panels

It strikes me as though it has been designed to have the roof chopped off later, allowing for a vastly better looking drop top version which will carry a nice premium and everyone will much rather buy

It does look very similar to what's sitting in my garage, but my BMW has neither a V12 nor 4 seats.

I think it looks great. It's going to be a lot bigger than a Z3 though, seeing as it's replacing the 612..
